Little Spoon aka my own Silas

To my little spoon,
You are marvelous. With the Cloud Cult and Ben Folds, and the mutual love of Søren Kierkegaard, and John Locke, it is obvious to see how you have become my little spoon so fast. With the insightful two hour conversations and random mid day texts you have successfully made a permanent place into my heart. Thank you for that. In such a short time your undeniable charm and wit have made a tsunami of an impact on my life. I think you are my new best friend and for that I am pleased. Here is a poem I composed for this occasion.

Little Spoon
Little spoon
I like the moon,
And Bamboo
But not raccoons.
I especially like you,
And the wondrous things that ensue,
When we day dream about Peru.

Acts 15:31-34
“The people read it and were glad for its encouraging message. Judas and Silas, who themselves were prophets, said much to encourage and strengthen the brothers. After spending some time there, they were sent off by the brothers with the blessing of peace to return to those who had sent them.”
